Primary use of this site is absolutely FREE! As a user, you will, however, need to FREE REGISTER. This site is a ‘match-making’ engine. The purpose of this site is to find match between the offerer and any hirer or purchaser.
There are 3 types of users namely:-
- Ship Offerer
- Ship Charterer
- Ship Purchaser
You must need to verify and authenticate your eMail address. Also if you verify and authenticate your Mobile number and Postal address we will give you FREE CREDITS (amounting to real value) so that you can see and negotiate with your 'Matched-Party' directly (for Free!!). After your Free usage and when you are satisfied with the service, you may wish to purchase CREDITS on payment.
MODE & METHOD OF PAYMENTS: The primary currency of our transactions is € (EURO). You may, however, use other major convertible currencies. We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Bank Transfers, Bank Drafts and Money Orders. We may also accept 'Western Union' or similar services if the sender bears all expenses. In general, we DO NOT accept CASH.
TIMINGS: All timing are to be maintained in UTC/GMT to facilitate universal common time and to remove ambiguity.
OPEN END Date: This is the date which is the END date of the listing, when the listing is due to expire automatically. However, if and whenever there is a change in condition, situation, state or status of any information, data, details provided, the same must be updated instantly / promptly (with minimum delay) by the user.
Failing to do so may result in invalid MATCHING among the counter parts that may lead to financial consequences making the user liable for recovery as and where applicable. Users, who place any listing / submission assumes all the responsibilities in respect of their data/information. Any information, data, details provided and posted by any user must be true and valid in all respect.
Particular attention is drawn for the Open/End period of any offer. Whenever an offer ceased to exist (say: No Longer ‘Open’ or is ‘Covered’ e.g. by virtue of either a vessel being employed / sold or cargo interest finding suitable vessel or interests seeking vessel having found their requirement and / or for any other reason, before the end date as declared, the user MUST UPDATE its STATUS in the ‘User Page’ the soonest the possible. We very strongly urge to all our valued users to assist us so that the trade do not get frustrated in case of getting a ‘match’ which is not actually ‘Open’ but already ‘Closed’.
